利用单目监测摄像头精确废弃物焚烧位置的经纬度

摘要 秸秆及其他废弃物违规焚烧会对周边大气及环境产生严重污染,在实际视频监控中,相机图像可以大概获取焚烧目标在图像中的位置,然而,拍摄的图像不能给出焚烧点实际的地理位置,即经纬度坐标位置,造成管理部门执法缓慢困难。因此,本文在废弃物焚烧监控检测的基础上,提出一种单目摄像头监控条件下精确废弃物焚烧点经纬度的方法,通过假设摄像头俯视拍摄范围内地面水平,结合摄像头的水平旋转角、俯仰角、视场角以及监控点摄像头本身的经纬度坐标信息,来计算图像像素坐标对应的经纬度坐标,用于精确焚烧点位,达到提高执法效率的目的。 Illegal incineration of straw and other waste will cause serious pollution to the surrounding atmosphere and environment. In the actual video surveillance process, the position of the incineration target can be roughly obtained in the camera image. Nevertheless, the true geographical location could not be given by the camera image, especially the longitude and latitude of the incineration target, which causes administrative department to enforce slowly and difficult. Therefore, based on the monitoring and detection of waste incineration, a method for accurate longitude and latitude of waste incineration site under monocular camera monitoring is proposed in this work. Clearly, assuming that the overlooking shooting range of the camera is level, the longitude and latitude of waste incineration site can be counted through the angle of horizontal rotation, pitch, field of view and the longitude and latitude of the camera accurately. Hence, the efficiency of law enforcement can be improved.
