肝卵圆细胞活化的微环境及其与肝纤维化关系的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 肝纤维化是多种慢性肝脏疾病发展至肝硬化的必经阶段,严重威胁着我国人民健康。卵圆细胞位于肝脏汇管区,具有多向分化潜能,在肝纤维化中扮演重要角色。卵圆细胞具有促纤维化和抗纤维化的双重作用,其活化、分化和迁移等与肝纤维化关系密切。深入研究卵圆细胞的生物学特性及微环境调控机制,将为肝纤维化的治疗提供新策略。本文就卵圆细胞活化的微环境及其与肝纤维化的关系进行综述。 Liver fibrosis is a necessary stage for many kinds of chronic liver diseases to develop to cirrhosis, which is a serious threat to the health of Chinese people. It has been found that hepatic oval cells, a kind of hepatic stem cells with multiple differentiation potential located in hepatic periportal zone, play an important role in liver fibrosis. Several studies have shown that oval cells have dual capacities of promoting or anting fibrosis, and there is a close relationship between liver fibrosis and cell functions of oval cells. So, further study on the biological characteristics and microenvironmental regulation mechanism of oval cells will provide a new strategy for the treatment of liver fibrosis. Here we try to review the microenvironment for activating oval cells and its relationship with liver fibrosis.
