摘要
运用端淬曲线模型对渗碳端淬试样的硬度场进行了模拟分析,首先拟合出不同碳含量下的端淬硬度曲线,然后通过温度场的分析得到特定温度区间的冷却曲线,最终实现了渗碳端淬试样硬度的分层模拟和云图显示。通过与试验结果对比,硬度分析结果具有较好的准确性,尤其是在端淬距离较小时,其余位置最大误差在5. 6 HRC以内。
By using the end quenching curve model,the hardness field of carburized end quenching specimen is simulated and analyzed,first the end quenching hardness curve under different carbon content is fitted,then the cooling curve of specific temperature zone is obtained by the analysis of temperature field,and finally,the layered simulation and cloud map display of the hardness of carburized end quenching specimen are realized.Compared with actual quenching test results,the hardness analysis results have good accuracy,especially when the distance from the end of Jominy specimen is smaller,maximum error at the remaining positions of the specimen is within 5.6 HRC.
