摘要
纤维复合材料在我国航天、航空及军工、民用领域已经得到了非常广泛的应用,已成为航空、航天及军工生产中的重要结构材料之一。卫星上很多结构件均采用复合材料制成,即提高了结构件强度,还大大减轻了重量。纤维材料结构件产品之间的连接大量应用了铝及铝合金钏钉钏接工艺。由于纤维复合材料本身的特殊性,釆用钏接工艺连接与钏接金属零件有很多区别。如果单纯采用钏接金属零件形式钏接纤维复合材料产品会大大影响产品的连接强度和质量。我们经过多年的实践和分析,总结出一套有效实用的工艺方法,很好的解决了纤维复合材料产品的钏接问题,提高了生产效率和钏接质量,在生产中产生了非常好的效果。
Fiber composites have been widely used in aerospace, aviation, military and civil fields, and have become one of the most important materials in the production industry of aerospace and military. A lot of parts of satellite are made of composites materials, which improves thestructural parts strength and reduce weight. Aluminum and aluminum alloy riveting technology is widely used in the connection of composites structural parts. There are many differences between riveting technology joint and riveting metal parts because of the particularity of fiber composites. The strength and quality of the product will reduced if we only riveting the product with metal parts. With years of practice and analysis, we have summed up a set of effective and practical process, which solved the problems of riveting of fiber composites, improved efficiency and riveting quality.
