摘要
复合材料在性能上互相取长补短,产生协同效应,尤其是先进复合材料,基体较一般复合材料得到了一定的增强,其刚度和强度性能相当于或超过铝合金,先进复合材料在聚集了一般复合材料的优点之外,对于一定的领域,又有一些针对性的优点,比如无人机的隐蔽性,太阳能材料的导热性等等。本文主要从复合材料成型方式、复合材料先进加工制造技术、航天先进树脂基复合材料制造技术发展趋势以及复合材料的发展趋势等四方面进行介绍。
Composite materials get advantages from each other, and they will produce effect, especially the advanced composite materials, the matrix materials are better than the common one, its stiffness and strength properties are equivalent to or more than the aluminum alloy. ACM gather the common materials' advantage, and have specific advantages in the particular area, such as the concealment of UAV, thermal conductivity of solar materials.This paper mainly introduces the development trend of composite material from four aspects: composite material forming mode, advanced composite material processing and manufacturing technology, advanced resin matrix composite material manufacturing technology for aerospace and the development trend of composite material.
