乌梅丸加减联合穴位贴敷治疗寒热错杂型慢性腹泻的临床观察

Clinical observation of modified Wumei Pill combined with acupoint application in the treatment of chronic diarrhea with syndrome of intermingled heat and cold

目的:观察乌梅丸加减联合穴位贴敷治疗寒热错杂型慢性腹泻的临床疗效。方法:纳入寒热错杂型慢性腹泻患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组患者给予蒙脱石散口服治疗,观察组患者给予乌梅丸加减联合穴位贴敷治疗,疗程均为6周。比较两组患者的临床疗效和每日大便次数;采用SF-36量表评价患者的生活质量。结果:①治疗后,观察组患者的临床总有效率为95.0%,对照组的临床总有效率为75.0%,观察组的疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。②治疗后,两组患者的每日大便次数均较治疗前减少(P<0.05),且观察组患者的每日大便次数少于对照组(P<0.05)。③治疗后,两组患者的SF-36量表躯体健康、总体健康、活力、社会功能、情绪角色、心理健康6个维度的评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且观察组患者的躯体健康、活力、心理健康3个维度的评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:乌梅丸加减联合穴位贴敷可明显改善寒热错杂型慢性腹泻患者的临床症状,提高其生活质量。

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Wumei Pill combined with acupoint application in treating chronic diarrhea with syndrome of intermingled heat and cold. Methods: Eighty patients of chronic diarrhea with syndrome of intermingled heat and cold were included and randomly divided into the control group and observation group, 40 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were orally treated with montmorillonite powder, and the patients in the observation group were treated with modified Wumei Pill combined with acupoint application, with a course of 6 weeks. The clinical efficacy and the times of daily defecation were compared between the two groups. The quality of life was evaluated by SF-36 scale. Results:①After treatment, the total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 95.0% and 75.0% respectively, and the efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).②After treatment, the times of daily defecation in both groups were reduced compared with before treatment(P<0.05), and the times of daily defecation in the observation group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).③After treatment, the scores of six dimensions including physical health, general health, vitality, social function, emotional role and mental health in SF-36 scale were increased in both groups compared with before treatment(P<0.05), and the scores of three dimensions including physical health, vitality and mental health in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Modified Wumei Pill combined with acupoint application can significantly improve the clinical symptoms in patients of chronic diarrhea with syndrome of intermingled heat and cold, and enhance the quality of life.
