摘要
针对电力施工机械工作过程中与电力线路距离过近而引发跳闸事故问题,设计了一种基于电场、距离测量的高压现场施工安全距离报警装置,首先根据电力安全规范设定距离报警阈值,然后采用Ansoft Maxwell仿真设定电场报警阈值,对施工机械触电事故发生较多的35、110、220kV电力线路进行电场仿真,分析电场分布规律,最终设定电场报警阈值,该方法充分考虑了电力线路不同电压等级、不同排列方式、不同回路数及吊臂的存在对阈值设定的影响,与现有研究中通过实测或Matlab仿真设定单一报警阈值的方法相比更科学、合理。
The electric power construction machinery is prone to get close to the transmission line during the working process and cause a tripping accident. To solve this problem, this paper designed a safety distance warning device for high-voltage on-site construction based on electric field and distance measurement. Firstly, the distance alarm threshold was set according to the safety regulations. Then, an Ansoft Maxwell simulation was used to set the electric field alarm threshold. The electric field simulation of 35 kV, 110 kV and 220 kV transmission lines with more electric shock accidents in construction machinery was performed to analyze the electric field distribution law and further set the electric field alarm threshold. This method fully considered the impacts of different voltage levels, different arrangements and different types of transmission lines on the threshold setting. Compared with the existing research, the method of setting a single alarm threshold through actual measurement or Matlab simulation is more scientific and more reasonable.
