摘要
以国家高新技术企业为比较对象,运用三阶段DEA模型,研究企业类型差异对国家高新区技术效率的影响。结果表明:剔除环境变量影响后,国家高新区的外商投资企业和大型企业技术效率有效,国家高新区的国有企业、集体企业、微型企业三种类型企业技术效率均优于全国高新技术企业的同类企业技术效率,此三类企业更适合在国家高新区发展。国家高新区各类型企业规模收益递增,但规模效率制约技术效率提升。提高出口产品技术层次,优化企业结构,可降低国家高新区资产投入冗余。
This paper takes high-tech enterprises as the comparison objects and uses the three-stage DEA model to study the influence of different types of enterprises on the technical efficiency of national hi-tech zones.Results show that after eliminating environment variables influence,the technical efficiency of foreign-funded enterprises and large enterprises in the national hi-tech zones is efficient.The technical efficiency advantage of state-owned enterprises,collective enterprises and micro enterprises is superior to the similar type of high-tech enterprises and more suitable for development in the national hi-tech zones.The scale benefits of various types of enterprises in the national hi-tech zones are increasing,and the scale efficiency restricts the improvement of technical efficiency.Improving the technical level of export products and optimizing enterprise structure can reduce the redundancy of asset investment in national hi-tech zones.
