城市中心区功能要素的构成、关联与分布——基于资本循环的演替分析

COMPOSITION, RELEVANCE, AND DISTRIBUTION OF FUNCTIONAL ELEMENTS IN CITY CENTER: BASED ON THE EVOLUTIONAL ANALYSIS OF CAPITAL CIRCULATION

城市中心区作为城市的核心,涉及功能构成、关联、分布在内的中心区功能结构的变化,与资本循环变化紧密相关,并随着城市资本循环的演替而逐步变化。首先,分析总结了中心区功能要素的基本构成及资本循环的影响。其次,从产业、交通、空间等方面对中心区要素关联进行了分析和解释,研究了在不同发展阶段中心区规模提升、类别优化、关联方式优化以及构成多元化对优化中心区功能关联和增强中心区吸引力的作用;最后,提出功能分区是功能关联的空间体现,对工业化早期的功能混合、中期显现的功能分区、后期不同类型产业的分工协作以及后工业化时期出现的功能多元化与相对混合等特征进行了总结。

As the core of a city,the city center involves the changes in the functional structure of the central area including functional composition,relevance,and distribution,which are closely related to the circulation of capital changes,and gradually change with the evolution of city capital circulation.Firstly,this paper summarizes the basic composition of functional elements and the impacts of the capital circulation on city center.Secondly,it analyzes the relevance between the elements of the city center in terms of industry,transportation,space,etc.,and studies the role of increasing the scale of the city center,optimizing the category and way of relevance,and diversifying the components in enhancing the attractiveness of the central area at different stages of development.Finally,the paper proposes that functional division reflects the functional relevance in space,and summarizes the features of different stages,such as functional mixing in the early industrialization stage,functional division in the mid-industrialization stage,division and cooperation between different types of industries in the late industrialization stage,as well as the functional diversification and relatively mixing in the post-industrial era.
