湖南中医药大学学生脑象图分析检测情况

EEQG analysis of students in Hunan University of Chinese Medicine

目的研究分析大学生的脑功能活动状态与人格的相关性。方法使用脑象图(EEQG)技术和艾森克人格问卷(EPQ),对湖南中医药大学338名在校大学生进行测评,所得数据进行统计学处理。结果①耗能值、过稳态值、抑郁值、逃逸值、焦虑值、冲动值、锁定值、袖珍值均、中心集结值均值处于正常范围内。②在耗能值、抑郁值、焦虑值、锁定值以及中心集结值上,男性的阳性率均高于女性;而在逃逸值上,女性的阳性检出率高于男性(P<0.05)。③F3的耗能值与内外向性呈负相关(P<0.05);O1的过稳态值与精神质呈正相关(P<0.05);T4的逃逸值与内外向性呈负相关(P<0.05);O2的逃逸值与精神质呈正相关(P<0.01);F3的焦虑值与内外向性呈负相关(P<0.05)。④对人格和脑象图9指标进行逐步多元回归发现,O2和T4的袖珍值、O2的焦虑值能解释神经质积累变异量的12.53%,O2的耗能值、T4的过稳态值、P4的锁定值、O2的焦虑值和F3的袖珍值能解释内外向积累变异量的23.10%,O2的过稳态值、T4的逃逸值、T4的抑郁值和T3的耗能值能解释精神质积累变异量的18.22%。结论湖南中医药大学学生的脑功能活动状态良好,脑象图9指标可以有效的预测大学生的人格。

Objective To explore the correlation between the brain function and the personality of the students in Hunan University of Chinese Medicine. Methods 338 college students from Hunan University of Chinese Medicine measured with EEQG and EPQ. Results ①The mean values of energy consumption, steady state value, depressive values, escape values, anxiety values, impulse values, lock values, pocket values, and central aggregation values are generally in the normal range.② The positive rate of male is significantly higher than that of female in terms of energy consumption value, anxiety level, lock-in value and central aggregation values;the positive rate of female is higher than that of male in escape value.③Energy value of F3 and extroversion was negatively correlated (P<0.05);steady-state value of O1 positively correlated with psychoticism(P<0.05);the escape of T4 value and extroversion was negatively correlated (P< 0.05);the escape values of O2 positively correlated with psychoticism (P<0.01);the anxiety value of F3 and introversion showed a negative correlation (P<0.05).④The gradual multiple regression of personality and 9 indexes of EEQG showed that O2 and T4 pocket value and O2 anxiety value can explain 12.5 % of the variance accumulation of neuroticism;O2 energy value, T4 steady state value, P4 lock value , O2 anxiety value and F3 pocket value of can explain 23.1 % of the accumulation and variation of internal and external accumulation;O2 steady value, T4 depression value, T4 escape value and T3 energy value can explain 18.2 % of the variance accumulation of Psychoticism. Conclusions Brain activity statuses of students at Hunan University of Chinese Medicine are in the normal range. The personality characteristics of college students are related to their brain functional activities.
