目的研究并通过实践探索适合我军战术战伤救治技术模拟培训模式。方法基于我军战术战伤救治规则及最新救治理念,结合我军新型战术战伤救治携行囊式装备及救治技术,分析国内外战术战伤救治培训形式优缺点,确定我军战术战伤救治技术模拟培训模式。结果我军战术战伤救治技术模拟培训模式贴近实战,培训内容全面且顺序安排符合战救规则要求,演练现场氛围渲染好,模拟伤情逼真,培训效果显著。结论我军战术战伤救治技术模拟培训模式适合我军军情,形式新颖、培训内容充足实用,可尝试全军推广。

Objective To study and explore a simulation training model of tactical combat casualty care (TCCC) in our army. Methods Based on the latest treatment concept of TCCC. combined with our army's new tactical combat casualty rescue and carrying equipment, analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of domestic and foreign the training form of TCCC. The simulation training model of TCCC was determined. Results This simulation training model of TCCC in our army was close to actual combat. The training content was comprehensive. The simulation was realistic and the training effect was remarkable. Conclusion The simulation training mode of TCCC in our army is suitable for military situation. The form is novel, the training content is sufficient. It can be promoted by the whole army.
