浅谈“夏至一阴生,冬至一阳生”的理论源流及其临床应用

To Explore the Theoretical Origin and Clinical Application of "Summer Solstice with First Nascence of Yin, Winter Solstice with First Nascence of Yang"

[目的]简要分析"夏至一阴生,冬至一阳生"的理论渊源及其临床应用。[方法]从生理、病理、病机及临床意义等方面分别阐述对"夏至一阴生,冬至一阳生"的深层次理解,并指导应用于临床,附验案两则以佐证。[结果]"夏至一阴生,冬至一阳生"理论是古代医家在"天人一体观"、阴阳相互转化、阴阳互根等理论基础上,结合临床经验总结而来的,不仅具有高度的理论思想基础,更是将理论转化成实践、实践反证理论的真实写照。验案中两患者分别辨证为肺肾两虚和阴虚内热,应用寻常法而不得解,慎思之,笔者在"夏至一阴生,冬至一阳生"理论启发、指导下,分别治以温阳化气、止咳收敛和滋胃阴、清虚热、润肠通便,均获良效。[结论]对"夏至一阴生,冬至一阳生"进行探讨,可以更加清晰地认识中医理论体系并对于指导临床应用具有非常重要的现实意义。

[Objective]To briefly analyze the theoretical origin and clinical application of "summer solstice with first nascence of Yin, winter solstice with first nascence of Yang".[Methods] The author elaborated on the deep understanding of "summer solstice with first nascence of Yin, winter solstice with first nascence of Yang" from the aspects of physiology, pathology, pathogenesis and clinical significance, and guided the application to the clinic, with two cases for examination.[Results]"Summer solstice with first nascence of Yin, winter solstice with first nascence of Yang" is a summary of ancient medical doctors based on the theory of "the integration of heaven and man", the mutual transformation of Yin and Yang, and the mutual Yin and Yang, combined with clinical experience, not only has a high theoretical and ideological basis. It is a true portrayal of the theory into practice. The cases were differentiated as deficiency of both the lung and kidney, Yin asthenia generating intrinsic heat, and it couldn ’t be solved according to the application of ordinary law. After careful thinking, the author was inspired by the "summer solstice with first nascence of Yin, winter solstice with first nascence of Yang" theory, treated case one with warming Yang, promoting Qi, relieving cough and convergence, and treated case two with nourishing stomach Yin,clearing deficient heat and relaxing bowel. Both cases achieved good results under the guidance of medication.[Conclusion] The discussion of "summer solstice with first nascence of Yin, winter solstice with first nascence of Yang" can lead to clearer understanding of the theoretical system of Chinese medicine and it has very important practical significance for guiding clinical application.
