摘要
对螺旋弹簧座进行工艺分析,对比不同切边方法及对零件成形的适应性,确定了合理的切边工艺,阐述了切边模的结构特征。经生产验证,切边工艺合理,降低了侧切工艺中模具零件强度不足的风险,简化了模具结构,保证了零件切边质量,降低了生产成本。
The manufacturability of a helical spring seat was analyzed, and a reasonable trimming process was carried out according to the comparison of different trimming methods and the part's applicability. The structural characteristics of the trimming die were expounded. The practical production verified that the trimming process was reasonable, and the risk caused by side trimming die part due to its weak strength was decreased, which simplified the die structure and ensured the trimming quality.
