摘要 为解决成形中工序件与凸模型面贴合不良而产生的外观缺陷问题,利用AuotForm软件分析工序件的回弹,在翻边交刀处工序件回弹大的位置设置预压销,通过弹簧压力控制前工序件与后工序凸模型面的贴合,使工序件贴合凸模,翻边始终处于受控状态,避免翻边交刀处引起成形制件的外观缺陷。 In order to solve the problem of surface defects caused by the mismatching between the forming part and the punch profile, the AutoForm software was used to analyze the spring back of the part. Apre-pressing pin was set at the position where the springback offormingpartwas seriousdue to the overlapping flanging.Thelast forming partwas controlled by as pring to match the punch profile. So the flanging process was always in a stable state, which avoidedthe surface defects of the formed part at the overlapping flanging area.
