长江下游水源厂排泥水处理系统设计 被引量:2

Design of Sludge Water Treatment System for Raw Water Plants in the Lower Reaches of the Yangtze River

摘要 长江下游某水源厂自长江主河道取水,进水浊度月均值为35~135NTU,出现频率大于95%的浊度值为128NTU。水源厂折板絮凝沉淀池排泥水干泥量计算时SS/NTU比值取1.30,计算干泥量约100t/d。排泥水浓缩采用重力浓缩池,PAM投加量为1~3mg/L。浓缩污泥脱水采用板框压滤机,PAM投加量为干泥量的4‰。板框压滤机进泥含固率按2%~3%设计,出泥含固率按大于35%设计。泥处理系统单位投资约549元/m^3,单位电耗约0.012kW·h/m^3,单位经营成本为0.053元/m^3。 A water treatment plant(WTP) in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River takes water directly from the main stream of the Yangtze River. The monthly average turbidity of the raw water is between 35 NTU and 135 NTU, and the turbidity of influent with frequency greater than 95% is 128 NTU. The SS/NTU ratio is 1.30 when calculating the dry sludge weight of sludge water discharged from folded-flocculation sedimentation tank of WTP, and the calculated dry sludge weight is about 100 t/d. The gravity thickening tank is used for sludge thickening, and the dosage of PAM is 1~3 mg/L. The dewatering is carried out by a plate-and-frame filter press, and the dosage of PAM is 4‰ of the quality of dry sludge. The solid content of inlet and outlet sludge of plate-and-frame filter press are designed according to 2%~3% and 35% respectively. The unit investment of sludge treatment system is about 549 yuan/m^ 3, the unit power consumption is about 0.012 kW ·h/m^ 3, and the unit operating cost is about 0.053 yuan/m^ 3.
