南京饮用水源地安全保障与水质改善的顶层设计 被引量:2

摘要 基于对南京市水源地水质现状调研分析及对南京市水源地保护的布局思考,以划定水源保护区、阻断污染源、维持必要水力停留时间及强化水质自净能力指导思想为基础,从顶层设计高度为南京市提供一套水源地安全保障与水质改善思路与技术方案。不改变以南京长江段为主要水源地的整体框架,利用长江南京段江心洲的赋闲土地建设生态调蓄水库,布设输送管网对接现有的以长江为水源地的自来水厂取水管道,统筹取代原有分散的敞开式水源地取水口,集中供给经过生态净化的优质水源。是南京城市饮用水安全、提高城市综合竞争力的战略保障。 Based on the guiding ideology of delineating water source protection areas, blocking pollution sources, maintaining necessary hydraulic retention time and strengthening water quality self-purification ability, a set of water source safety and water quality improvement ideas and technical solutions of Nanjing City can be provided from the top design height under the consideration of the layout of water source in Nanjing. The overall framework of the Yangtze River Nanjing section as the main water source area will not be changed. The ecological regulating reservoir will be built using the idle land of central shoal of the Yangtze River, and the pipeline network will be connected to the existing water supply pipeline of water supply plants with the Yangtze River as the water source. The open water source water intake with no decentralized protection is replaced by a centralized water supply. It is a strategic guarantee for the safety of drinking water in Nanjing and improving the comprehensive competitiveness of the city.
