摘要
采用文献研究法、网络调研法和案例分析法从学位设置、课程设置、教学设置以及师资力量四个方面研究澳大利亚儿童图书馆学的教育现状及特点。总结出了澳大利亚儿童图馆学专业具有教师图书馆员是重点培养方向、重视儿童文学、注重在线及实践课程的开设以及入学标准严格的教育特点,提出了对我国儿童图书馆学发展的四点启示:建立儿童图书馆学教育体系,将儿童图书馆学列为图书馆学必修课,加强在职教育以及在线教育,加强对儿童图书馆工作人员的考核。
The current situation and characteristics of education in Australian children’s library science were studied from the perspectives of degree setting,curriculum setting,teaching setting and faculty.The paper finds that the Australian children’s library science takes teacher librarian training as the key direction,attachs importance to children’s literature,pays attention to the online and practical courses and sets strict admission stands,and puts forward the enlightenment to the development of children’s library science in China:establishing children’s library science education system,listing the children’s library science as a required course,strengthening on-the-job education and online education,and paying attention to library staff appraisal for children.
