维生素D结合蛋白基因遗传变异与海南省老龄慢性鼻窦炎的关联性

Association between the genetic variation of vitamin D binding protein gene and chronic sinusitis of elder in Hainan province

目的探讨维生素D结合蛋白(VDBP)基因GC遗传变异与海南者老龄慢性鼻窦炎的关联性。方法 37例老龄慢性鼻窦炎患者作为病例组,99例健康老年体检者作为对照组,检测GC基因三个多态性位点rs7041、rs222016、rs4588的基因型,利用统计学在线分析软件SNPStats进行数据分析。结果三个单核苷酸多态性(SNP)位点均可以检测出三种基因型,其中rs7041的三个基因型TT、GT、GG在病例组的发生率为20例(54.1%)、14例(37.8%)、3例(8.1%),在对照组分别为44例(44.4%)、41例(41.4%)、14例(14.2%)。rs222016的三种基因型AA、AG、GG在病例组的发生率分别为14例(37.8%)、17例(46.0%)、6例(16.2%),在对照组分别为34例(34.3%)、39例(39.4%)、26例(26.3%)。rs4588的三种基因型CC、AC、AA在病例组的发生率为17例(46.0%)、18例(48.6%)、2例(5.4%),在对照组分别为59例(59.6%)、33例(33.3%)、7例(7.1%)。三个SNP位点基因型及等位基因在组间的分布频率均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 GC基因三个多态性位点rs7041、rs222016、rs4588的遗传差异可能与海南老龄慢性鼻窦炎无关联。

Objective To explore the correlation between the genetic variation of vitamin D binding protein GC and sinusitis of the elderly patients in Hainan province. Methods 37 cases of elderly chronic sinusitis patients and 99 cases of healthy elderly controls were chosen as the research samples.The genomic DNA was detected by the snapshot technology to distinguish the genotype of three single nucleotide polymorphism loci, rs222016, rs4588 and rs7041 on GC gene. The data were analyzed with online SNPstats and SPSS25.0. Results Three genotypes were founded for all of the three loci. The frequencies of TT, GT and GG genotypes of rs7041 were 20(54.1%), 14(37.8%) and 3(8.1%) in the case group, and 44(44.4%), 41(41.4%) and 14(14.2%) in the control group, respectively. The frequencies of AA, AG and GG of rs222016 in the case group were 14(37.8%), 17(46.0%), 6(16.2%), and 34(34.3%), 39(39.4%), 26(26.3%) in the control group respectively. The frequencies of CC, AC and AA of rs4588 were 17(46.0%), 18(48.6%), 2(5.4%) in the case group, and 59(59.6%), 33(33.3%), 7(7.1%) in the control group. There were no statistical differences between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions The genetic differences of three polymorphisms of GC gene, including rs7041, rs222016 and rs4588, might not be associated with the elderly patients with sinusitis in Hainan province.
