摘要 针对电动舵系统批次性修改控制程序需要从整弹拆下工序复杂的现状,提出了利用422串行通信接口进行程序在线加载的方案。设计了基于STM32控制器中的用户bootloader程序和电动舵机控制程序,通过电动舵机控制程序实现舵机的控制功能,利用用户bootloader程序与上位机交互,实现电动舵机控制程序的在线升级和跳转。该设计方案保证了产品状态的一致性,解决了电动舵机修改程序反复拆装的困难,提高了系统维护升级的效率。 Aiming at the complex situation that the batch modification control program of electric actuator system needs to be removed from the whole missile,a scheme of loading the program online by 422 serial communication interface is proposed.Based on the STM32 controller,the user bootloader program and the control program of the electric steering gear are designed.The control function of the steering gear is realized by the control program of the electric steering gear.The user bootloader program is used to interact with the host computer to realize the online upgrade and jump of the control program of the electric steering gear.The design scheme ensures the consistency of the product state,solves the difficulty of repeatedly disassembling and assembling the electric actuator when modify the program,and improves the efficiency of system maintenance and upgrading.
