摘要
[目的/意义]科研数据唯一标识符可实现对数据的持久识别和访问,促进数据的引用和共享,作为学术交流领域的基础设施,在支持信息互操作和开放科学发展方面可发挥重要作用。[方法/过程]通过调研科研数据唯一标识符系统的研究发展现状,分析典型数据唯一标识符系统提出背景、目的、作用和局限性等。[结果/结论]总结了新环境下科研数据唯一标识符面临的构建问题,包括动态数据唯一标识符的分配、数据唯一标识符互操作、标识符元数据、标识符与关联数据的融合以及标识符的管理分配等问题,并识别和总结相应的对策建议。
[Purpose/Significance]Research Data Identifier can provide persistent identification and access of data, and therefore provides better opportunities to share and reference data. As the infrastructure of scholarly communication, research data identifier can play an important role in supporting the information interoperability and open science.[Method/Process]The article investigates the research and development status of the Research Data Identifier system, and analyzes the background,purpose, advantages and disadvantages of the typical data identifier system.[Result/Conclusion]The article summarizes the outstanding problems in the process of constructing research data identifier in the new environment, including the allocation of unique identifiers for dynamic data, the interoperability of research data identifier, the fusion of unique identifiers of data and linked data, and distribution issues, finally the paper summarizes countermeasures and suggestions to address these issues.
