摘要
采用双-(γ-三乙氧基硅基丙基)四硫化物和硼酸酯类改性剂制备了天然橡胶/高岭土复合材料,研究了改性高岭土对材料加工性能、硫化特性及物理机械性能的影响。结果表明,在天然橡胶/高岭土复合材料中加入硼酸酯类改性剂,可以降低胶料的生热和门尼黏度,对硫化时间和焦烧时间无影响,改善了胶料的加工性能和耐老化性能,提高了胶料的拉伸强度和扯断伸长率。
The natural rubber/kaolin composites were prepared using bis(γ-triethoxysilylpropyl) te-trasulfides and borates as modifiers. The effects of modified kaolin on processing properties, vulcanization characteristics and physical and mechanical properties of the composites were studied. The results showed that the borates modifiers were added into the natural rubber/kaolin composites, so that the themogenesis and the Mooney viscosity of the composites could be reduced, the vulcanization time and the scorch time were not affected, the proce- ssing properties and the aging resistance of the composites were improved, and the tensile strength and the elongation at break were increased.
