光纤光栅三向力传感器的应变传递特性研究 被引量:4

摘要 在传感器精确测量轮胎—路面接触产生的三向力中,光纤光栅的封装结构很重要。构建了光纤光珊三向力传感器的应变传递理论模型,运用有限元法和实验对比分析了传感器三个方向的应变传递影响因素及特性。实验表明,Fx、Fy方向的应变传递具有相似性,粘贴长度对应变传递率影响较大,粘贴宽度对应变传递率影响较小,粘贴厚度小于0.5mm时会影响应变灵敏度,Fz方向传递率超过100%,具有应变增敏效果。确定了粘接层的最佳组合,Fx、Fy方向的传递率可达90%以上。 In order to make the sensor accurately measure the three-dimensional force generated by the tire-road contact,the package structure of FBG is particularly important.The strain transfer theory model of FBG Three- dimensional Force Sensor was constructed.The influence factors and characteristics of the strain transfer in the three directions of the sensor were analyzed by the finite element method and the experiment.The experiment shows that the strain transfer in the direction of Fx and Fy is similar,the effect of the paste length on the transfer rate is greater,and the paste width has less influence on the transfer rate.When the paste thickness is less than 0.5 mm,the strain sensitivity is affected,and the transfer rate in the Fz direction exceeds100%,with strain sensitizing effect.The optimum combination of adhesive layers was determined,and the transmission rate in the direction of Fx and Fy was up to 90%.
