基于双极性电压激励信号的四电极电导率测量仪的设计 被引量:6

摘要 文中设计了一种基于双极性电压激励信号的开放式四电极电导率测量仪,可有效避免电导率测量时的溶液极化效应。设计中将待测信号转变为直流稳态信号,简化了电路设计。通过量程切换设置不同的采样电阻,提高测量范围和精度,利用差分电压采集模式提高数据采集的精度和抗干扰能力。系统采用集成温度传感器进行电导率补偿。测试实验验证设计准确稳定、抗干扰能力强。 An open cell four electrode electrical conductivity intrument based on bipolar voltage excitation has been devel oped,which avoding the polarization effect.In the design,the signal to be detected is converted to direct stable voltage signal which simplified the circuit construction.Different sampling resistor is set by switching range to improve the resolution of data ac qusition and measuring range.The voltage is aquired by differential mode to enhance the data acqusition precision and the capabil ity of anti interface ability.The integrated temperature sensor is used in the system to compensate the conductivity.The experiment test result shows that the design is accurate,has powerful anti interface ability.
