摘要 针对传统气体检测仪器测量精度低、稳定性差以及可测组分单一等问题,设计出一种用于工业气体分析的多通道在线检测仪。系统部分采用数字式传感器S-Module作为独立的检测模块,S-Module采用半导体光源,能发出4.26~9.67 μm波长范围的近红外光,包含了常见气体的特征吸收带,且其通讯接口可以接入大多数的检测和控制系统中。系统采用模块化设计,对检测仪的硬件和软件驱动进行设计。系统部分选用工业级芯片STM32F407作为检测仪信号分析和处理的核心,以新型数字式红外传感器S-Module作为主要的检测装置;此外,还通过智能化的方法,实现检测仪测量、记录一体化。通过测试,该气体检测仪具有稳定性好、测量精度高、抗干扰能力强的特点,可满足工业现场气体浓度检测的基本需求。 In view of the problems of low precision,poor stability and single measurable components of traditional gas detec tion instruments,a multichannel online detector for industrial gas analysis was designed.The system used digital sensor S-Module as an independent detection module.The S-Module used semiconducter light source to emit near-infrared light in the wavelength range of 4.26 ~ 9.67μm,which contained the characteristic absorption band of common gas,and its communication interface can be connected into most of the detection and control system.The system used a modular design,the detector hardware and software drivers were designed.The system part selected industrial grade chip STM32F407 as the core of detector signal analysis and pro cessing,and took the new digital infrared sensor S-Module as the main detection method.In addition,it also realized the integra tion of measuring and recording by means of intelligent instruments.Through testing,the gas detector has the advantages of good stability,high measurement accuracy and strong anti-interference ability,and can meet the basic requirements of industrial field gas concentration detection.
