摘要 为实现航天电磁继电器生产过程中簧片接触力实时自动监测,并解决测量数据的可查询、可追溯的实际问题,设计一种基于 LabVIEW 虚拟仪器的微力监测系统。首先,在详细分析测力计数据采集和串口通信原理后,开发一种基于串口通信的测力计数据采集模块以实现簧片接触力的实时测量;此外,设计一种基于串口的 PLC 控制器与 LabVIEW 之间的消息交换机制;最后,通过 LabVIEW 构建界面友好的上位机监测软件。现场使用表明,微力监测系统数据采集结果正常、稳定性良好、系统监控界面简洁、具有性价比高和易扩展等优点。 In order to realize the real-time automatic monitoring of reed contact force and to realize the practical problems of inquiry and traceability of measurement data in the production process of space electromagnetic relay, a micro-force monitoring system based on LabVIEW virtual instrument was designed and developed. Firstly, after detailed analysis of the principle of dyna mometer data acquisition and serial communication, a dynamometer data acquisition module based on serial communication was developed to realize real-time measurement of reed contact force. In addition, a message exchange mechanism between PLC con troller and LabVIEW based on serial port was designed. Finally, a host platform monitoring software with friendly interface was constructed by LabVIEW. The field application shows that the designed micro-force monitoring system has the advantages of nor mal data acquisition results, good stability, simple system monitoring interface, high cost performance and expansion.
