体位调整法辅助温针灸治疗椎间盘源性下腰痛临床研究

目的:观察体位调整法辅助温针灸治疗椎间盘源性下腰痛的临床疗效。方法:80例按抽签法随机分成对照组及观察组各40例,两组均用常规体位调整方案,观察组联用温针灸治疗。结果:总有效率观察组95.00%,对照组80.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前VAS、ODI评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组治疗后VAS、ODI评分显著低于治疗前(P<0.05)、但观察组评分更低(P<0.05)。两组JOA评分治疗前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)、治疗后评分均显著高于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组评分更高(P<0.05)。两组治疗前TNF-ɑ、IL-1及IL-6表达比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后评分均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组评分更低(P<0.05)。结论:体位调整法辅助温针灸治疗椎间盘源性下腰痛效果较好,且不良反应少。

Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of position adjustment in assisting moxibustion with warming needle on discogenic low back pain.Method:80 patients were divided into the control group and the observation group by draw method.The two groups were treated with conventional treatment,nursing and posture adjustment and the observation group were treated with moxibustion with warming needle.Result:The total effective rate was 90.00% in the control group while that was 80.00% in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in VAS and ODI scores between the two groups(P>0.05).The VAS and ODI scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),but the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in JOA scores between the two groups(P>0.05).The JOA scores after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the expression of sputum,IL-1 and IL-6 (P>0.05),but the scores after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The position adjustment method combined with moxibustion with warm needle is better in treating discoge nic low back pain,with less adverse reactions.
