黄柏煎液促进肛瘘术后创面愈合临床研究

目的:观察黄柏煎液促进肛瘘术后创面愈合的效果。方法:40例随机分为两组各20例,治疗组术后应用黄柏煎液治疗,对照组术后用金玄痔科熏洗散治疗。观察两组术后创面愈合情况。结果:治疗组术后创面较对照组愈合率高(P<0.05)。结论:黄柏煎液可提高湿热下注型肛瘘术后创面愈合率。

Objective:To observe the effect of Huangbai Decoction in promoting wound healing after anal fistula.Method: Forty patients were evenly divided into two groups in random.20 patients in the treatment group were treated with Huangbai Decoction after operation while 20 patients in the control group were treated with Jinxuan Zhike Fumigation.The wound healing condition of the two groups was observed.Result:The wound healing rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huangbai Decoction could improve the wound healing rate after operation of anal fistula of downward flow of damp-heat syndrome.
