摘要
编织引线自动焊接机应用于低压电容器中心子联接铜片与紫铜编织带引线的焊接,其能解决不同规格联接片与不同规格编织线的接头焊接与蜈蚣形焊接;其采用超声波焊接方式,实现快速焊接成形。该设备采用3条输送料机构、2台改造的超声波焊接机、非标式的机械臂、裁剪机构与定位限位等机构完成整个设备的运转。控制系统采用PLC为核心控制器,采用多轴运动同步控制、总线通讯、电缸定位、光电检测等技术将电磁阀、气压传动元件、电缸、超声波焊机以及各种传感器集合为一体。
The automatic machine in welding braided lead wire is used to weld the copper connector and the copper braided lead wire which are using in low voltage capacitor;The machine can solve the welding of joints welding and centipede-shaped welding in different specifications and centipede-shaped,and realize rapid welding forming by using ultrasonic welding method. The equipment completes the whole operation by using three conveying mechanism,two reformed ultrasonic welding machines,nonstandard mechanical arm,cutting mechanism and positioning and limiting mechanism. The control system uses PLC as the core controller,and integrates a large number of solenoid valves,pneumatic transmission components,servo motors,ultrasonic welding machines and various sensors by using multi-axis synchronous motion control,bus communication,private service positioning and photoelectric detection technology.
