摘要
为了提高全断面硬岩掘进机破岩效率,优化滚刀在刀盘上的布置,确定最优刀间距。利用ABAQUS有限元软件建立双滚刀滚压大理石模型,分析了刀间距对岩石破碎量及滚刀所受滚动力的影响,并进行了比能计算。通过数值模拟得到不同刀间距条件下的岩石破碎量及比能变化规律,研究结果对提高滚刀破岩效率具有重要意义。
In order to improve the rock breaking efficiency of the full-section hard rock roadheader,optimize the arrangement of the hob on the cutter head and determine the optimal knife spacing. The double-roller rolling marble model was established by using ABAQUS finite element software. The influence of the knife spacing on the rock crushing capacity and the rolling force of the hob was analyzed,and the specific energy calculation was carried out. The numerical simulation of rock fragmentation and specific energy under different knife spacing conditions is obtained. The research results are of great significance to improve the rock breaking efficiency of the hob.
