摘要 对期待视野与学校体育政策执行力的相关概念进行界定,具体从政策本身、政策环境、执行机构、目标群体等几个重要方面展开研究,这四大影响因素会通过彼此形成一种张力,并把信息反馈给制定者和执行者。从期待视野角度对政策执行构成融合协调策略进行研究,实现政策执行过程中多元执行主体的"视野融合"从而提升学校体育政策执行的能力和效力。 This paper defines the concepts related to the horizon of expectation and the implementation ability of school physical education policy, and studies them from several important aspects, such as policy itself, policy environment, executive agencies and target groups. These four factors will form a tension through each other, and feed back the information to the formulators and implementers. From the perspective of expectation, this paper studies the integration and coordination strategy of policy implementation, and realizes the integration of multiple executing subjects in the process of policy implementation, so as to enhance the ability and effectiveness of school sports policy implementation.
