大学生体育锻炼态度与锻炼行为的相关研究 被引量:13

摘要 目的为引导学生树立积极的锻炼态度,养成良好的锻炼习惯。方法采用问卷调查法、文献资料法、数理统计法以及逻辑分析的方法,研究573名大学生体育锻炼态度对锻炼行为的影响。结果与结论 1)大学生参与体育锻炼的频率不高,强度较低,体育锻炼时间表现良好,体育锻炼以小锻炼量为主。大学生体育锻炼行为在性别、专业、年级方面有显著性差异(p<0.05)。2)大学生体育锻炼态度积极向上,且行为态度相对较好。不同性别、专业的学生行为和目标态度均存在显著性差异,不同年级的大学生在行为态度维度上存在着显著性差异(p<0.05)。3)大学生体育锻炼态度与体育锻炼行为存在高度相关。体育锻炼态度对锻炼行为具有显著的正向预测作用,行为态度对体育锻炼行为的解释变异量为19.1%。 Objective To guide students to establish a positive attitude towards exercise and develop good exercise habits. Methods By means of questionnaires, literature, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, the effects of 573 college students’ attitudes towards physical exercise on their exercise behavior were studied. Results and Conclusion The frequencies and intensity of college students participating in physical exercise were not high, the physical exercise time was good, and the amount of physical exercise was mainly small. There were significant differences in physical exercise behaviors among college students in terms of gender, major and grade(p<0.05). College students’ attitude towards physical exercise was positive, and their attitude towards physical exercise was relatively good. There were significant differences in students’ behavior and goal attitudes among different genders and majors, and there were significant differences in the dimensions of behavior attitudes among students of different grades(p<0.05). College students’ attitude to physical exercise was highly correlated with their physical exercise behavior. Attitude to physical exercise has a significant positive predictive effect on exercise behavior, and the explanation variation of attitude to physical exercise behavior was 19.1%.
