摘要
煤气净化工序设有焦油、粗苯、氨水等贮槽,生产过程中有NH_3、C_mH_n、H_2S等气体逸出。针对各贮槽介质性质及挥发性尾气组成,对尾气收集处理工艺、安全措施及运行控制方法进行改进,达到了环保要求,年可节约成本60万元。
The gas purification plant is equipped with storage tanks of coal tar,crude benzol,and ammonia liquor,etc.,and NH3,CmHn and H2S could be released from those tanks.On account of medium characteristics of the tanks and composition of the volatile gases,improvement is done in aspects of tail gas collecting,safety measures and operating procedures.As a result,this attempt can not only meet environmental requirements,but also reduce annual costs about 600,000 yuan.
