河北省深入推进水文“补短板、强监管”的探索

Overcoming weakness and strengthening supervision for hydrological development in Hebei Province

河北省直面新时期水文主要矛盾变化,分析水文工作短板,从补水文短板和支撑水利监管入手,不断理顺水文管理体制机制,提出水文工作“补短板、强监管”的措施,不断适应水利改革发展与经济社会发展的需求。

Considering the changes of main challenges with hydrology in the new age,the weak points with hydrological development in Hebei Province have been analyzed,and the measures for overcoming weakness and strengthening supervision have been proposed for supporting supervision and management system.In order to increase capacity of hydrologic service and consolidate foundation,reform and innovation should be highlighted so as to satisfy the needs of water development and reform and meet the demand of social and economic development to hydrological services.
