浅谈水利工程质量检测——以湖北监利县某河段治理工程为例

Quality inspection of water structures——a case study on a river regulation project in Jianli County of Hubei Province

质量控制是水利工程管理中的重点和难点。以湖北监利县某河段治理工程为例,梳理质量检测原理及方法,提出加强水利工程质量检测管理的措施建议,包括改革机构体制机制、加快相关法制建设、保证方法科学有效、提高人员专业水平、认真做好抽检工作等。

Quality control is one of the key elements for water project management.Taking a river project in Jianli County of Hubei Province as an example,the principles and methodologies for quality inspection are reviewed and measures for improving quality inspection and management are proposed,including reform of institutional system and mechanism,accelerating legislation process,securing effectiveness and scientific of methodologies,enhancing capacity of professional levels and paying more attention on sample inspection.
