3种镍钛器械对重度弯曲根管的成形效果比较研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:比较PraTaper Next、Twisted File Adaptive和Reciproc 3种镍钛器械对重度弯曲根管的成形效果。方法:选择30颗具有2个独立的近中根管呈重度弯曲的下颌磨牙,将近中根管随机分为3组:PraTaper Next锉预备组(PTN组)、Twisted File Adaptive锉预备组(TFA组)和Reciproc锉预备组(Rec组)。使用分辨率为20μm的显微CT拍摄各组样本术前片,然后进行根管预备,之后拍摄显微CT术后片。记录根管预备前3组的根管弯曲度、弯曲半径、工作长度,分析根管预备后距根尖1 mm、3 mm、5 mm、7 mm的根管偏移和轴中心率及平均根管预备时间。结果:与PTN组和TFA组相比,Rec组在距根尖孔5 mm处平均偏移程度更大(P<0.05),平均根管预备时间更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PraTaper Next、Twisted File Adaptive和Reciproc 3种器械均可有效地完成根管预备,但PraTaper Next和Twisted File Adaptive产生的偏移较小,可以更好地维持重度弯曲根管的原始解剖结构。 Objective:To compare the forming effects of three made Nickel-Titanium instruments on severely curved root canals.Methods:Thirty of the extracted mandibular molars with two independent proximal root canals were randomly divided into three groups:the PraTaper Next group(PTN group),the Twisted File Adaptive group(TFA group),and Reciproc group(Rec group).Scaning with a resolution of 20 μm was used to take pre-operative images of each group of samples,and then root canal preparation was performed in groups using the corresponding Nickel-Titanium instruments,followed by micro-CT.The bending,bending redius and working length among the three groups were recorded,root canaltransportation and root centering rate of the root canal was prepared 1 mm,3 mm,5 mm,7 mm from the root tip were analyzed.Results:Compared with PTN group,TFA group and Rec group had a greater average deviation of 5 mm from the apical foramen,and the mean root canal preparation time was the shortest,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:All of the three systems can effectively complete the root canal preparation.The continuous rotation of the PraTaper Next system and the adaptive system Twisted File Adaptive produce less transportation,which can better maintain the original root canal anatomy of the severely curved root canal.
