阐述了陕西润中清洁能源有限公司甲醇装置脱盐水站实施的一系列扩能改造技术措施:增设了前置过滤器、超滤装置、凝液回收站,回用了市政供暖凝液,改浓水反渗透为产水反渗透,改离线化洗超滤装置为在线化洗等;改造后脱盐水站产水能力提高20%以上。

This paper describes a series of technical measures for upgrading capacity implemented at the water desalination station in the methanol device of Shaanxi Runzhong Clean Energy Co.,Ltd.,including the addition of pre-filter,ultrafiltration device and condensate recovery station,the reuse of municipal heating condensate,the changing of reverse osmosis from concentrated water to permeate water,and the changing of ultrafiltration device from offline washing to online washing.The capacity of the water desalination station for permeate water has been increased by more than 20%.
