With the rapid development of China's construction industry,the consumption of resources has increased significantly, and the construction quality of construction projects has been paid more and more attention. Therefore,effective measures should be taken to strengthen the quality management of construction projects in actual projects,and effective countermeasures should be taken in time to solve the problems in construction management,so as to ensure the safety of construction. The problems in construction engineering management include the low level of construction management informationization,the unsound management system,the insufficiency of technical management and the neglect of construction quality management. Therefore,in terms of project management, we should improve the level of construction management informatization,improve the construction management system and mode, actively carry out technology innovation management,and build a "four-in-one" management mechanism to ensure quality and safety.
