基于住区资源共享角度在我国街区尺度下对住区开放性的探究

Exploration on Openness of Residential Areas at Block Scale of China from Perspective of Residential Resource Sharing

开放式住区打破传统封闭住区与城市的壁垒,面向城市共享住区内道路绿地等资源,缓解城市道路交通压力,减少土地资源浪费。以资源共享为切入点,通过探索开放式住区的道路等公共资源规划模式,以可持续性为导向寻求当前环境下资源共享度最高的开放式住区规划模式,以期为我国街区型住区的开发建设提供帮助。

Open residential areas break the barriers between traditional closed residential areas and cities,share the road green space and other resources in residential areas,alleviate the pressure of urban road traffic and reduce the waste of land resources.Based on resource sharing,this paper explores public resource planning modes such as roads in open residential areas,and seeks the most resource-sharing open residential planning mode under the current environment with sustainability as the guide,with a view to providing help for the development and construction of block residential areas in China.
