摘要
大型洁净电子厂房钢结构施工于整个项目建设过程中参与度极高,其施工难度及存在的安全风险较大。以超视堺第10.5代TFT-LCD显示器生产线项目为背景,论述了主体钢结构施工的综合技术。结合工程实践,根据现场实际运行情况,总结出大型洁净电子厂房大跨超重桁架结构吊装若干项关键技术。
The steel structure construction of large-scale clean electronic factory buildings is extremely involved in the whole project construction process,and its construction difficulty and existing safety risks are large.Based on the background of the 10.5th generation TFT-LCD display production line,the article discusses the comprehensive technology of the main steel structure construction. Combined with engineering practice,according to the actual operation of the site,several key technologies for hoisting large-span overweight truss structures in large-scale clean electronic plants were summarized.
