摘要
从铁路施工项目预算管理中的责任成本的应用概念出发,论述当前铁路施工项目预算管理中的责任成本应用中存在的问题,并在此基础上提出铁路施工项目预算管理中的责任成本应用的改进措施,可为铁路施工项目预算管理中的责任成本应用研究工作提供新的参考思路。
Based on the application concept of liability cost in the budget management of railway construction projects,this paper discusses the problems existing in the application of responsibility cost in the budget management of railway construction projects in China,and puts forward the responsibility cost in the budget management of railway construction projects. The application improvement measures hope to provide a new reference for the application of research on the responsibility cost in the budget management of railway construction projects.
