摘要 采用真空扩散连接的方法制备了高强度Mo合金与Ti6Al4V的连接接头,研究了不同温度对Mo/Ti6Al4V连接接头高温拉伸力学性能以及断口形貌的影响。结果表明,随着高温拉伸实验温度不断升高,抗拉强度不断下降,Mo/Ti6Al4V连接接头的断裂方式由脆性断裂→脆性断裂+韧性断裂→韧性断裂→脆性断裂,发生断裂的位置由Mo合金与扩散层结合处→Mo合金与扩散层结合处→Mo合金母材→Ti6Al4V合金与扩散层结合处。 The joints of high strength Mo alloy and Ti6Al4V were prepared by vacuum diffusion bonding.The effects of different temperatures on the tensile mechanical properties and fracture morphology of Mo/Ti6Al4V joints were investigated.The results show that with the increasing temperature of high temperature tensile test,the tensile strength decreases continuously.The fracture of Mo/Ti6Al4V joints is from brittle fracture → brittle fracture + ductile fracture → ductile fracture → brittle fracture.The location where the fracture occurs is from the interface of the Mo alloy and the diffusion layer → the interface of the Mo alloy and the diffusion layer → the Mo alloy base material → the interface of the Ti6Al4V alloy and the diffusion layer.
