摘要
目的对4-羰基氮杂环庚烷-N-叔丁氧羰基丁酯的合成工艺进行研究。方法以甘氨酸乙酯盐酸盐和N-叔丁氧羰基-4-哌啶酮为起始原料,定向合成4-羰基氮杂环庚烷-N-叔丁氧羰基丁酯。结果合成了目标化合物4-羰基氮杂环庚烷-N-叔丁氧羰基丁酯,并利用1H-NMR、MS确证了结构。结论对4-羰基氮杂环庚烷-N-叔丁氧羰基丁酯的工艺进行了优化,优化后的工艺操作性好,反应条件温和,更适于药品的工业化生产。
Objective To study the synthetic technology of Tert-Butyl-4-oxoazepane-1-carboxylate.Methods Ethyl glicinate hydrochloride and 4-oxo-piperidine-1-carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester were used as the starting materials to synthesize Tert-Butyl-4-oxoazepane-1-carboxylate.Results The target compound was achieved and characterized by 1H-NMR,MS.Conclusion After being optimized,the synthetic process of Tert-Butyl-4-oxoazepane-1-carboxylate has the advantages of simple operation,mild conditions,and suitable for industrial production as drugs.
