Preparation and Characterization of Cinacalcet Hydrochloride Solid Dispersions

目的:采用热熔挤出技术,制备盐酸西那卡塞固体分散体。方法:考察固体分散体的平衡溶解度、稳定性以及体外溶出。结论:通过热熔挤出技术制备的固体分散体,其分散状态发生了改变,溶解性能增加。

OBJECTIVE Cinacalcet hydrochloride solid dispersions were preparedwith hypromellose phthalate as the carrier by hot-melt extrusion process. METHODS The evaluation of properties of cinacalcet hydrochloride solid dispersions were investigated by solubility,stability and dissolution.CONCLUSION Cnacalcet hydrochloridesolid dispersions with hypromellose phthalate by hot-melt extrusion process had changed the dispersion form and had a higher solubility.
