紫草变色保湿润唇膏的制备

Preparation of Purple Grass Moisturizing Color Lipstick

以蜡、橄榄油、甜橙脂为主要基质,添加紫草油、维生素E改善抑菌、抗炎、抗氧化等性能,加入凤仙花提取物实现变色效果,制成中草药变色保湿润唇膏;研究了温度、原料配比对唇膏的保湿性、涂抹性能的影响,同时进行了刺激性试验;根据GB/T513-2011润唇膏相关指标进行了检测。结果显示:在85℃水浴融化,白蜂蜡、小烛树蜡和棕榈蜡配比为5︰0.5︰0.5,蜡油比1︰3,添加紫草油、凤仙花提取液与少量的维E,混合浇注,再通过6h固化制得的唇膏综合性能最佳;唇膏的各项感官、理化、卫生指标符合相关规定。

A kind of purple grass moisturizing color lipstick was prepared with Wax,olive oil and orange fat as the main substrates,with purple grass oil and vitamin E to improve antibacterial,anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidative properties,with impatiens extract to realize color change.Effects of temperature and raw material ratio on moisture retention and film properties were studied.Meanwhile,stimulation tests were carried out.According to GB/T 513-2011 Lip Balm,related indicators were detected.The results shows that:suitable water bath temperature is 85 ℃;the optimum ratio of white beeswax,candlestick wax and palm is 5︰0.5︰ 0.5;the optimum ratio of wax and oil is 1︰3;purple grass oil,vitamin E and appropriate impatiens extract are necessary additives;and all the materials need to be mixed,poured and cured for 6 hours before forming.At last,the sensory,physicochemical and hygienic indexes of the lipstick are in conformity with the relevant regulations.
