肝纤维化的发病机制和治疗进展

Pathogenesis and Treatment Progress of Liver Fibrosis

肝纤维化是许多慢性肝病的必经过程,最终会导致肝硬化、肝功能紊乱及有很大的肝癌的风险。本文简单介绍了肝纤维化的发病机理和涉及的主要的细胞因子和信号通路,并对目前抗肝纤维化药物的研究进展作了简要总结。目前,抗肝纤维化的药物有很多,但是临床上依然缺乏有效的抗肝纤维化药物。

Liver fibrosis is a necessary process for many chronic liver diseases,which eventually leads to cirrhosis,liver dysfunction and a high risk of liver cancer.This article briefly introduces the pathogenesis of liver fibrosis and the main cellular molecules and signaling pathways involved,and summarizes the current research progress of anti-liver fibrotic drugs.At present,there are many anti-liver fibrosis drugs,but there is still a lack of clinically effective anti-liver fibrosis drugs.
