摘要
无定型磷酸钙微球具有优异的生物相容性、高比表面积、高细胞粘附、促成骨分化和可控制降解等特性,本文综述了近年来无定型磷酸钙微球在构建有机-无机复合支架、药物/蛋白输送等领域的研究进展,介绍了微波辅助水热、室温共沉淀和嵌段共聚物共组装等无定型磷酸钙微球的制备方法以及在骨修复领域的应用。为骨修复用无定型磷酸钙微球的制备和应用提供较系统的文献参考。
Amorphous calcium phosphate microspheres are widely used in drug controlled release and bone repair due to their excellent biocompatibility,high specific surface area,high cell adhesion,osteogenic characteristic and controllable degradation.In this paper,recent advances in the research of amorphous calcium phosphate microspheres in the construction of organic-inorganic composite scaffolds and drug/protein controlled release systems are reviewed.The synthesis methods of amorphous calcium phosphate microspheres such as microwave-assisted hydrothermal,room temperature co-precipitation and block copolymer co-assembly were introduced and their applications in the field of bone repair were introduced.This review is intended to provide a comprehensive guide to the design and fabrication of amorphous calcium phosphate microspheres aiming at repairing bone defects.
