摘要
介绍原子荧光光谱分析的基本机理,主要对原子荧光光谱分析进程中存在的仪器不稳定性因素、测定结果重现性差、误差大和干扰影响等问题的原因和解决方法进行讨论,并对原子荧光分析技术的发展方向进行展望。
The basic principle of atomic fluorescence spectrometry is introduced.The causes and solutions of instrumental instability,poor repeatability of measurement results,large errors and interference in hydride atomic fluorescence spectrometry are discussed.The development trend of atomic fluorescence spectrometry is prospected.
