摘要 目的:建立高效液相色谱-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定大米中无机砷的分析方法。方法:采用控制变量法分别以4种流动相对大米中无机砷进行分离检测,对相应的各分离效果和加标回收率进行讨论分析,得出最佳的色谱条件。结果:当使用1.5mmol/L,pH=9.0磷酸二氢铵溶液为A相,15mmol/L,pH=8.0磷酸二氢铵溶液为B相的梯度淋洗方式时,各组分分离度较好,加标回收率较为满意,标物值在规定范围内,符合检测要求。结论:该方法准确、简单、有效,适合大米中无机砷的测定。 Objective:To establish a method for the determination of inorganic arsenic in Rice by HPLC-ICPMS.METHODS:Four kinds of mobile relative inorganic arsenic in rice were separated and detected by control variable method.The corresponding separation effect and recovery of standard addition were discussed and analyzed,and the optimum chromatographic conditions were obtained.Result:When using gradient elution method of 1.5 mol/L,pH=9.0 ammonium dihydrogen phosphate solution as phase A,15 mmol/L,and pH=8.0 ammonium dihydrogen phosphate solution as phase B,the separation degree of each component is good,the recovery rate of standard addition is satisfactory,and the standard value is within the prescribed range,which meets the detection requirements. Conclusion:The method is accurate,simple and effective,and suitable for the determination of inorganic arsenic in rice.
