摘要
采用高效液相色谱-紫外检测法测定液体运动饮料中的烟酸和烟酰胺。样品经提取后,利用Shim-pack VP-ODS C18色谱柱,以甲醇-异丙醇-水溶液(7︰2︰91,v︰v︰v,含庚烷磺酸钠0.1%,高氯酸调pH至2.1±0.1)为流动相在25℃下洗脱,利用紫外检测器检测,检测波长为261nm。烟酸和烟酰胺在0.05~1mg·L^-1范围内相关系数R2大于0.999,线性关系良好;根据3倍信噪比得出烟酸和烟酰胺的检出限(3S/N)分别为0.24mg·kg^-1,和0.25mg·kg^-1。方法用于液体运动饮料的分析,烟酸和烟酰胺的回收率在94.6%~104%范围内,回收率的相对标准偏差(n=6)为0.840%~4.32%。仪器相对标准偏差为(n=6)为0.550%。
High performance liquid chromatography-ultraviolet (HPLC-UV) detection was applied to simultaneous determination of niacin and niacinamide in liquid sports beverage.The chromatographic separation was performed at 25 ℃ after extracting by using Shim-pack VP - ODS C18 chromatographic column as stationary phase and a methanol-isopropanol-aqueous solution (7︰2︰91,v︰v︰v,with 0.1 % sodium heptanesulfonate inside it,pH was adjusted to 2.1±0.1 with perchloric acid) as mobile phase.Detection at 261 nm was adopted in the determination.Good linear relation was presented in the range of 0.05~1 mg·L^-1 for niacin and niacinamide with the correlation coefficients R^2≥0.999.The detection limits (3S/N) of niacin and niacinamide were 0.24 mg·kg^-1 and 0.25 mg·kg^-1 respectively.The proposed method was applied to the analysis of liquid sports beverage,giving values of recovery in the range of 94.6 %~104 %,RSD (n = 6) in the range of 0.840 %~4.32 % in the method precision test and RSD (n = 6) of 0.550 % in the instrumental precision test.
