药剂学综合设计教学实验的探索

Exploration on Teaching Experiment of Comprehensive Design of Pharmaceutics

为了加强大学生创新实践训练,探索综合设计实验的教学,探讨了一个由科研实验“柚皮苷固体分散体的制备与表征”设计转化的综合教学实验。通过此综合设计教学实验,学生可了解固体分散体的制备方法及表征技术,了解大型仪器的原理、制样方法以及操作技能,培养学生的动手实践能力、创新意识,激发他们对科研的兴趣。

In order to strengthen the innovative practice training of college students and explore the teaching of comprehensive design experiment,the transformation from the design of the scientific research experiment of “Preparation and characterization of naringin solid dispersion” into the teaching experiment is studied.Through this experiment,the students can understand the preparation methods and characterization techniques of solid dispersion,understand the principles, sample preparation methods and operation skills of the large instruments.The students’ undefined practical ability and innovative awareness are cultivated and their interest in scientific research is aroused.
